- 1 cup fine sev (crunchy gram flour noodles)

- 1 small onion, finely chopped

- 1 small tomato, finely chopped

- 1/4 cup boiled and mashed potatoes

- 1/4 cup green chutney (coriander and mint chutney)

- 1/4 cup tamarind chutney

- 1/2 teaspoon chaat masala

- 1/2 teaspoon roasted cumin powder

- 1/4 teaspoon red chili powder (optional, adjust to your taste)

- Fresh coriander leaves, chopped, for garnish

Instructions:

1. Prepare all the ingredients by grating the cheese, chopping the vegetables, and boiling the potatoes.
