- 1 teaspoon coriander powder

- 1/2 teaspoon cumin powder

- 1/2 teaspoon garam masala

- 1/2 teaspoon turmeric powder

- 1/2 teaspoon red chili powder (adjust to taste)

- Salt to taste

- Fresh coriander leaves for garnish

Instructions:

1. Sautéing the Ingredients:

   - Heat oil in a kadhai or deep pan. Add cumin seeds and let them splutter.

   - Add chopped onions and sauté until they turn golden brown.

2. Adding Spices and Tomatoes:
