- 1/4 teaspoon baking soda

- 1/4 teaspoon salt

- 2 tablespoons plain yogurt

- 1 tablespoon oil

- 2 tablespoons warm milk

- 1 teaspoon sugar

Instructions

1.Prepare the Dough

   - In a mixing bowl, combine the flour, baking powder, baking soda, and salt.

   - Add yogurt, oil, sugar, and warm milk. Mix to form a soft dough.

   - Knead the dough for about 5-7 minutes until it becomes smooth and elastic. Cover the dough and let it rest for 2 hours in a warm place.

2.Preheat and Prepare

   - Preheat a skillet or a non-stick pan over medium-high heat.

3.Divide and Roll

   - Divide the dough into two equal portions. Roll each portion into an oval or round shape, about 1/4 inch thick, using a rolling pin. Dust with flour as needed to prevent sticking.

4.Cook the Naan

5.Flip and Cook Further
